PostGuard is a TikTok performance monitoring platform that tracks post metrics and sends email alerts when significant drops are detected.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age.
4. Subscription and Billing
The Service is offered through paid subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel anytime. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Do not monitor profiles you do not own, circumvent usage limits, or violate TikTok's Terms of Service.

10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees during the twelve months preceding the event.

You agree to indemnify Lumicid from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of Terms, non-payment, or other reasons.
