All new PostGuard subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 14 days, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment.
  • You are on your first subscription with PostGuard.
  • You experienced a significant service issue that our support team was unable to resolve.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@lumicid.com with:

  • The email address associated with your PostGuard account.
  • The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve).
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or plan adjustment).

Processing Time

We review all refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime from your account settings. No cancellation fees or long-term commitments. Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted if:

  • The request is after the 14-day guarantee period.
  • The account violated our Terms of Service.
  • A refund was already issued for this account.
  • Disruptions were caused by third-party platforms beyond our control.
