When you add a TikTok profile for monitoring, we collect publicly available data including your TikTok username, post URLs, and engagement metrics (views, likes, shares, comments, and saves). We do not access private TikTok data or require your TikTok login credentials.

Billing Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We receive subscription status and billing period information but do not store credit card numbers or detailed payment information directly.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with our Service, including monitoring configurations, alert preferences, notification email addresses, and feature usage patterns.

Your data is stored in Convex, our serverless database provider. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Metric snapshots are stored as immutable records to maintain data integrity. Snapshot retention periods are based on your subscription plan (30 to 90 days, or indefinitely for higher-tier plans).
